Pokerstars Software is very smooth and highly developed. The vector graphics mean that you can resize the tables to any size you want without losing resolution. Players Notes and Tracking

The player notes facility is excellent on Pokerstars. There are multiple colors and you can even change the whole avatar border of your opponents to the note colors if you desire. There is also a place to review all player notes and add to them if you wish. All you players you've made notes on are displayed alphabetically and you can scroll through them to review them. If a player busts from a table you can go to this review facilty and add them to your list by simply typing in their name.

PokerStars Hand History and Statistics

Your hand histories, tournament histories, and statistics are all easily recoverable on Pokerstars, so if you want to review your play you can do so with ease. You can even look back over hands you have played in the current session and get them played back to you visually, whilst being able to pause the hand at any time.

Finding Players At PokerStars

There is a player search facility where you can find any friends that are playing. Don't worry, if you dont want to be found personally you can turn it off. You can also always find any Pokerstars Pros (such as Daniel Negreanu, Chris Moneymaker, and Vanessa Rousso) that are online and go to watch them play at the table. There are 111 Pokerstars Pros in total so there are generally always several playing at any time of the day.

PokerStars Funds Transfer

You can transfer funds to other players, and buy and sell tournament dollars. So if you won a satellite and cant play the event, or dont want to, then you can unregister and sell those tournament dollars for cash.

Speaking of tournaments, Pokerstars have a excellent leaderboard competitions for both scheduled tournament players, and sit-and-go tournament players. You can monitor these leaderboards directly within the open poker software, so it is very easy to monitor your progress and the progress of others.

Pokerstars has an extensive VIP store availble directly via the poker software, which sells items such as Caps, Bags, Mugs, Books, DVDs, Clothing, and Electronical goods such as ipods. You can also buy tournament tickets or extra bonuses with you FPPs (Frequent Player Points).
